Cleanliness, tidiness, comfort, friendly staff. Great location, in the perfect city center. A quiet and peaceful hotel where your rest and sleep are valued. Recommend it!

Cozy rooms, perfect service! There is a kitchen next to the reception and the coffee is really good :) Very convenient location also - 2 minutes from the central street. 5 out of 5, 100% for the hotel.

If you want to enjoy a quiet and cozy atmosphere in the heart of the town of Kustendil, steps away from the city’s center, this place is a must! Sipping coffee on the balcony, enjoying the breathtaking view of the mountains, or wondering and exploring the town, this hotel offers the comfort you need to feel at home even when you are away! The rooms are designed with great style and taste and everything is spotless. The owners are friendly and welcoming and treat their guests with respect. The hotel also offers a private parking as well as a small kitchen where the guests are welcome to enjoy coffee, fresh fruits, and snacks. I hope we will visit again soon!

From the moment i opened the door of the lobby, i felt that this place will be really good. Always fresh and clean, this hotel is an absolute gem for people visiting the town. The hospitality is beyond words. The staff is kind and always with a smile on their face. A heartwarming experience. Amazing.

Great and lovely hotel :) Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big enough. They are equipped with tiny balconies with marvellous views. There is a kitchen corner next to the reception where you can grab a cup of coffee or some fresh fruits. I'll tell you a little secret - the lady owner is a dessert master.

We stayed for 2 nights with my mom and my son. This hotel is THE gem in Kyustendil! It is beautiful, immaculately clean, and the attention to detail is in every aspect! The owners are there always and can always be asked and relied upon at all times for everything. We were there not for vacation but for something we needed to do in the area and they were even helpful with guidance and advice. The hotel is in a quiet area of the center but right next door to a mineral water spa/rehabilitation/pool facility which is actually very quiet and we never even knew about it until the owners recommended it to us. The hotel has very spacious, modern and clean rooms. Next to the reception there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with anything one could need. This came very handy for us since going to restaurants with a kid for us is always drama and there we had a normal dinner without the hustle of having to sit in a restaurant. There is a big refrigerator with a freezer that everyone can use as well. Modern espresso machine, tea are always available. The rooms have very cozy and cute balconies to enjoy the view of the hills surrounding the town. We are absolutely going to stay there again and we can’t recommend it enough to others!
